In this enlightening and hands-on class, we take the crowd favourite Fettuccine Carbonara to new vegan heights! A classic dish traditionally made with pancetta and egg yolks, we masterfully replace these ingredients with Tofu, Liquid Smoke, Kala Namak. Using these ingredients, we will recreate a dish that is equally as delicious, creamy and easy to make, which we guarantee will leave you saying, “I can’t believe it’s not bacon!”
