I basked in the warmth of Nadia's Italian winter feasts. Many Italian food traditions are linked to season and occasion and here Nadia gives them a plant-based twist while remaining true to the flavour profile and origin of each dish. You certainly do not need to be vegan to appreciate Natale: recipes for a vegan Italian Christmas. It's clever cooking which produces the most delicious festive recipes that everyone can cook. The photography is also breathtaking in Nadia's book and makes me want to jump on a plane for a Christmas in Italy. Congratulations, I can't wait to add a few of these dishes to my Christmas table.
