If spending time connecting, rolling and shaping dough by hand into your own beautiful artisan pasta is your idea of a joyful experience, then this hands-on class is for you.

 

You'll learn how to make dough from scratch and transform it into special pasta shapes that you can recreate time and time again for your loved ones. 

 

From beginner, to experienced cook - The Vegan Italian Kitchen pasta classes are for everyone who loves the connection that food can bring. 

 

CLASS DETAILS:

 

  • 2 hour hands-on pasta making class

  • Pasta shapes: Tortelloni di Ricotta (filled pasta with tofu ricotta) and Fettuccine al burro (silky butter & parmesan)

  • Take home the pasta you create (show off your pasta master skills to your loved ones!)

  • Step by step guidance by your instructor, Nadia Fragnito

  • Small group, inviting, joyful experience

  • 100% vegan ingredients

  • Digital pdf copy of recipes 

 

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

 

  • Please wear enclosed, comfortable shoes and long hair tied back.

  • Take away container for your pasta

  • If you're experiencing any flu-like symptoms or illness, we ask that you please do not attend this class (we can reschedule your booking for a future class).
