A small group Italian culinary experience


Learn authentic Italian cooking from cookbook author Nadia Fragnito, creating traditional southern Italian shapes by hand, in a joyful, small-group setting.


More than a cooking class, this is an Italian experience inspired by in tradition and connection.


  • Pasta shapes include: Orecchiette, Sagne Torte, Cicatelli and Busiate.

  • 4 hour hands-on pasta making class

  • Take home the pasta you create (show off your pasta master skills to your loved ones!)

  • Step by step guidance by your instructor, Nadia Fragnito

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

 

  • Please wear enclosed, comfortable shoes and long hair tied back.

  • BYO take away container for your pasta (if you'd prefer to use your own).

  • If you're experiencing any flu-like symptoms or illness, we ask that you please do not attend this class (we can reschedule your booking for a future class).


GETTING THERE:


Parking and Public Transport Information

  • Car: There are several off-street parking spaces in the small carpark. Otherwise, street parking is available on Green Street, Hawker St and around Ethelbert Square (a brief 2 minute walk away).

  • Bus: The venue is a short stroll from stops 9 – 12 Hawker Street which is bus numbers 251-254. https://adelaidemetro.com.au/stops/view/12818

  • Train: The venue is a 15 minute stroll from the Bowden (Grange & Outer Harbour lines) or Ovingham (Gawler line) train stations.

  • Bike: Bike parking is available onsite and the venue is a short ride off the Outer Harbour Greenway.
