How lovely it would be to be able to share with you when the next food retreat is. But, of course, we are going through a time where we just don't know when we'll be able to join together for a weekend of food joy and connection! So in the meantime, I hope I can continue to inspire you with recipes and videos. The retreat includes

    We will be cooking up a storm every day and enjoying the fruits of our labour for many of our meals. So you must enjoy cooking (or have a desire to learn how to cook vegan food).

  • Tea ceremony meditation.

  • Chocolate mindfulness session.

  • Spa pamper night, including making DIY beauty products.

  • Fun ‘Masterchef’ challenge.

  • Connecting with new people.

  • Take home goody-bag. Recipes from the weekend included.

    Bring your cooking questions and Nadia will answer them (and provide you the information after the class). We may even get to have some impromptu cooking sessions.

In the unlikely event we cancel the retreat you will be refunded fully.
