If spending time creating beautiful southern Italian sweets in the Easter tradition is your idea of living la dolce vita, then this very special hands-on class if for you.

 

You'll develop the skills to create and veganise one of Campania's most classic and traditional Easter pastries - Pastiera di Riso. You will also discover how to turn this shortcrust pastry into a Crostata (pie tart) with a variety of fillings. 

 

From beginner to experienced cook, The Vegan Italian Kitchen dolci classes are for everyone who loves the indulgence and comfort that baked sweets can bring.
